Service fees
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once billed. Unused transaction credits do not carry over.
Failed transactions
Failed payouts are automatically reversed to your wallet. A failed transaction receipt is generated with the reason.
Refund process
- Wallet reversals are instant.
- Refunds to the source bank account (in the rare event of dispute settlement) take 5–7 business days.
