User responsibilities
- Provide accurate KYC and business information.
- Keep credentials, API keys, and secrets confidential.
- Use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
Platform usage rules
- No use for prohibited categories (gambling without licence, crypto exchanges, adult content, etc.).
- Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, KYC, or security controls.
Payment terms
Subscription fees are billed monthly. Transaction charges are debited from your wallet at the time of payout.
Account suspension
We may suspend an account for suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, regulatory direction, or non-payment.
Liability
BizPay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Total liability in any 12-month period is capped at fees paid by you during that period.
Service availability
We target 99.99% platform uptime but do not guarantee it. Bank downstream availability is out of our control.
